How does Coaching work?



Individual Coaching

  • Commit to three months (weekly sessions) or six months (either weekly or bi-weekly sessions) of coaching (money-back guarantee).

  • We meet for two to three hours in person or on the phone. This meeting is designed to discover your values, identify what motivates you, determine your desired results, and together design the strategies that will bring out your best.

  • We begin meeting according to a mutually arranged schedule (as described above), either by phone or in person. These sessions will focus on developing your strengths, challenging your personal saboteur, and keeping you pointed toward your goals. Regular email and phone contact is welcomed during the process.

  • At the half way point we will review your progress, acknowledge your milestones, assess and redesign our alliance as necessary to keep you moving toward your goals.

  • At termination of the agreed upon time frame, we will determine the next steps to be taken, which often – though not necessarily - include continuation of coaching on a regular or as-needed basis.

  • Whenever coaching terminates, a meeting is arranged after an agreed upon period of time, to check that you are reaching your desired goals.

Workshops

  • A commitment to participate in the entire workshop is essential.

  • Each participant will receive personal phone coaching between workshop sessions, to strengthen the learning and prepare for the coming week’s session.

  • Each week there will be assignments to fulfill with participant accountability at the next session. There will be a final wrap-up session to assess personal progress.

  • There will be an optional follow-up session, either individually or as a group – at an additional cost.

The workshop format can be adapted to full day or weekends and can be brought to a venue near you – wherever you might be.
