What is Coaching?

 

Coaching identifies and confronts the things that are keeping you stuck and takes shape according to your needs, focusing on what you want; whether it is more order, satisfaction, peace of mind, balance and fulfillment, or less confusion, stress, anxiety or pressure.

 

Coaching starts from the present, uses a process of questioning and feedback directed at discovering and realizing your dreams, visions and goals, and aims at unlocking your potential to maximize your performance.
